If your order comes damaged please contact us at Hey@MysticWinterCo.com immediately. Please include a photo of the damaged item and we are happy to issue a refund, store credit, or a replacement.
My bath bomb/ soap have turned brown, has it gone rancid?
NO! Any bath bombs or soap that contain vanilla in the fragrance, can turn brown over time. The product is still perfectly good.
Do you offer custom orders?
Possibly, depending on what you are looking for. If you are looking to have the fragrance removed, Yes we can. We have added an unscented option on most products, if you do not see it either send us message or leave a note in the note section during check out. Please know what some products do have their own natural scent. If you are looking to order for a special event please email us at Hey@MysticWinterCo. Please know we would need at least 1 month for most orders, but please contact me with as much time as you can, the bigger the longer it can take to make.
